Last week we continued with phase 3 of our phonics, focusing on the phonemes ‘x’, ‘y’, ‘z’ and ‘zz’. We also learnt the tricky words – ‘he’ and ‘she’. We continued to tell our own stories and learn some more about Autumn.
The week before half-term we continued to learn some new signs, ‘hello’ and ‘goodbye’. We finished phase 2 of our phonics and recapped our six tricky words – ‘go’, ‘no’, ‘to’, ‘into’, ‘the’ and ‘I’.
